GroupCAM LLC is a shopping center maintenance and service business providing power sweeping and a variety of repair and maintenance services to owners, developers and property managers throughout the metropolitan Washington DC area since 1997. GroupCAM currently provides exterior maintenance to over 150 shopping centers and parking lots located in the District of Columbia, Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties in Maryland and throughout Northern Virginia.

GroupCAM’s fleet of truck mounted sweepers, each staffed with a driver and helper, are out 365 nights a year. GroupCAM’s day porters patrol many of our client’s centers during the day to enhance the cleanliness of the properties as well as hauling bulk trash and providing special cleanups. Depending upon the size, location and specifications provided by our clients, each service contract is customized to accommodate the particular requirements of each property and priced accordingly.

GroupCAM can also provide and perform almost every kind of exterior repair and maintenance services shopping centers require on an “as needed” basis, including but not limited to, bulk trash removal, parking lot asphalt and concrete repairs, sign installation, gutter and downspout repair, bollard repair and replacement, exterior painting, fence repair, power washing of sidewalks, storefront cleaning, parking lot striping, and minor landscaping.
